Job Description / Responsibility

• Candidate should have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Relationship Management, Leadership Capability and be highly committed to customer services.
• Candidate should have knowledge regarding Formulating, implementing, managing and coordinating strategies for the entire branch network to maximize new business opportunities and deepen and widen existing relationships while providing quality in service delivery in an efficient operation where risks are well controlled.
• Candidate will have to maximize direct product sales (assets, liabilities, cards, fee based) of the branch.
• Candidate should be capable for administering efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's
• objectives
• Should have strong knowledge of managing Core Risks. Also in Credit Risk Analysis, Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade.
• Candidate must have to achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities of the Branch
• Will have to work closely with the marketing team to design marketing and sales programs to acquire new customers in the desired segments.
• Should attract and develop new deposit and loan business; provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
• Must have strong personnel management skills and thorough knowledge of banking products and services, including experience in product development, and also a wider understanding of the general consumer banking.

Bachelors or Master's Degree or Equivalent

Experience Requirements

• At least 12 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Candidates must have 12 (twelve) years of work experience as a full time employee in any reputed commercial bank in Bangladesh.
• Over 4 years of continuous work experience as Head of Branch in any reputed commercial banks in Bangladesh, preferably AD branch.
